Are you a drop ship/print on demand company?
Absolutely not! We are a Husband and Wife team who love all films just as much as you do. We live by the sea, near Cardiff in South Wales with our two Children. We create each design ourselves and print each T-shirt in our purpose built home studio.
What process do you go through to create your designs?
Well.....firstly we sit down with a bag of popcorn and a notepad and watch the film. During the film we sketch design ideas and discuss a lot of different options. Some designs make the grade, others don't. We don't want to be like other companies just spilling out design after design if they are not good enough as we believe you deserve the best design possible.
Next its on to the design phase using computer software and a mixture of scanned in pencil drawings or using our digital drawing pad to create the design.
What transfers do you use and how do I look after my T-shirt so that I can wear it as long as possible?
We use high quality Dtf transfers on all our designs. We spent months sampling different UK companies, feeling the prints and seeing how they washed until we found the one. Our transfers have a thin feeling to them which we felt was really important to us and is more enjoyable to wear than a thicker more rigid transfer.
When you come to washing your T-shirt, its best to wash inside out and on a low heat as with any garments you have with imagery on. Its also worth noting to avoid ironing the transfer as this will melt the design and ruin your Iron. Ironing inside out and on the back of the t- shirt is recommended. Following these steps will ensure your T-shirt lasts for years to come.
Are your items ethically sourced?
We try to be as ethical as possible and buy our T-shirts from a local wholesaler in bulk to save on the carbon footprint. Our DTF transfers are printed on large gang sheets to save the company printing and manufacturing costs as well as delivery.
We only print your T-shirt when you purchase from us, we don't hold stocks of designs and we hate the nature of fast fashion hence why we don't waste any T-shirts. Our handmade bags are measured out to the mm and the off-cuts of waste material is so minimal it doesn't even fill my hand.
How long will it take from ordering to wearing my T-shirt?
So we know once you have purchased from us you will want to be wearing your T-shirt by the end of the day, but as we print each T-shirt to order this may take a few days to produce. Rest assured we aim to get your order posted as soon as possible and you can be happy in the knowledge it was made with the upmost love and care.
Postage to EU/ USA/Canada
We do post to the EU and use the Royal mail Track and trace service or DPD international. We pay the difference of this postage price to keep costs down for yourselves. However please bear in mind you may have to pay additional custom duty tax to receive your item -depending on your countries import duty fees. Please keep your tracking number that we will send to you safe and keep an eye out for these extra charges.
What if I'm not happy with my T-shirt print or there's a defect?
